Taroko Organics is a sub-brand of Eminent Pearl Brands, a company founded by Lungie Mnyamana.

For more than 16 years, I have worked in the world of consumer goods, helping to develop and market products that sit on the shelves of some of Africa's most trusted brands. Throughout my career, I have always been fascinated by the choices people make and the products they invite into their homes and daily routines.

Yet, somewhere along the way, I noticed that wellness and well-being had become complicated and exclusive. People are overwhelmed by information, confused by trends, and often excluded by products that felt expensive, inaccessible, or impersonal.

I founded Taroko Organics with a simple belief that holistic well-being should feel personal and accessible.

Taroko Organics was born from a desire to make wellness and well-being accessible, inclusive, and deeply personal.

Like many people, I found myself searching for ways to support my health and well-being proactively rather than reactively. I wanted products that were simple to use, thoughtfully sourced, and aligned with a lifestyle of intentional wellbeing.

At the same time, I saw a gap in the market. Too often, wellness products felt disconnected from the realities of everyday people. They were either positioned as luxury items or accompanied by complicated promises that made wellbeing feel out of reach.

I believed there was another way.

Drawing on my experience in product innovation, marketing, and consumer understanding, I have set out to create a brand that helps people build small, meaningful wellness rituals into their daily lives from where they are.

Taroko began with collagen because I saw its potential to support healthy ageing, skin health, mobility, and overall wellbeing. But our vision extends far beyond a single product.

We are building a wellness ecosystem that supports people through every season of life helping them care for their bodies, nurture their wellbeing, and live with intention.
